Welcome to Winshear

Winshear Metals Corp. (TSX-V:WINS | FRA:9HR0) is a Canadian based mineral exploration company with a nickel-copper-cobalt project in Scotland (the Portsoy Project) and gold / critical minerals project in Ontario (the Thunder Bay Project).

Winshear can earn a 100% interest in 360km² Thunder Bay Gold Project located in the underexplored Archaean greenstone belt immediately NE of Thunder Bay. Results from the first phase of regional till sampling program has generated a number of targets to pursue, the most notable being the 6km+ Inflection Target, located in the south central part of the project area and the company is currently conducting a regional scale exploration program.

In August 2025, Winshear entered into an arms length agreement with Peak Nickel Limited, a private UK registered company, whereby Winshear can earn a 100% interest in the 250km² Portsoy Project, located in Aberdeenshire, northeast Scotland. The Portsoy Project has demonstrated the presence of near surface, high-grade nickel – copper – cobalt mineralisation. The company finished a diamond drill program at the project in May 2026, results are pending.
